RETURNS POLICY

At Market Juice, all products are fresh, perishable, and produced daily. Because of the extremely short shelf life of cold pressed juice and the strict food safety standards we follow, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason unrelated to product quality.
Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be re stocked or safely re used, so we cannot accept change of mind returns, incorrect orders, or personal taste preferences.

This approach is standard across the fresh food industry and is essential to protecting customer health and maintaining product integrity.


WHY RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED

Our juices must remain refrigerated and consumed promptly. For health and safety reasons:

  • We do not accept change of mind returns
  • We cannot exchange incorrect items or quantities ordered
  • We cannot take products back based on personal taste
  • We cannot accept products that were not stored correctly after delivery

Once the cold chain is broken, the product cannot re enter the supply chain.


WHEN WE WILL ASSIST

Although we cannot accept returns for change of mind, we stand behind our quality.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • arrives damaged, leaking or compromised
  • is unsafe to consume at the time of delivery
  • is significantly different to what you ordered
  • is not of acceptable quality upon arrival

If you believe there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess and assist promptly.


WHAT WE MAY REQUEST

To properly investigate and maintain food safety compliance, we may ask for:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the product, packaging and batch/use by labels
  • a description of the issue and when it was noticed
  • confirmation of how the product was stored after delivery

This ensures we can determine whether the issue occurred before or after delivery.


SITUATIONS WHERE WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CREDITS

Subject to your ACL rights, we generally cannot provide a refund, replacement or credit if:

  • the product was not kept refrigerated
  • the issue is reported after the 24 hour window
  • the product is past its recommended shelf life at the time of reporting
  • the concern relates to flavour preference
  • an incorrect item or quantity was ordered by mistake


YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
If the issue is minor, we may provide an appropriate remedy in line with the law.
